Amanda Meadahl has been practicing massage therapy since 2005. Amanda believes in the art of intuitive relaxation massage, offering a moderate amount of pressure throughout her treatment allowing for stress reduction without the pain. She specializes in therapeutic massage including deep tissue, sport massage, myofascial fire cupping, PNF stretching, injury prevention and rehabilitation. She excels in finding and relieving those painful areas within muscle tissue and making them relax. Amanda has developed a blend of effective techniques making her massage intuitively unique to each client and their specific need for massage.
